Ticaga 2.5.0 introduced keyboard shortcuts, giving you a faster way to navigate the helpdesk and perform common actions. They are designed to reduce repetitive clicking, speed up ticket handling, and make daily support workflows feel smoother.

Mac shortcuts use Cmd/Option, while Windows shortcuts use Ctrl/Alt. Sequence shortcuts, such as “G then D”, are pressed one key after another and work the same on both platforms. Single-letter shortcuts only work when you are not typing in a field.
