Well the day is finally here, it's taken us over a year of transforming Ticaga 1.0.0 a self-coded MVC framework into Laravel's framework. 12,000+ lines of code have been removed, and an extra 5,000 lines of coded added shying just under 25 Github commits to create the new version. However after all this hard work, we're proud to stick our name to Ticaga 2.0.0, it looks sleek, modern and user friendly. But this is just the start, we've got loads more to add into Ticaga but there's no stopping us now. In version 2.1.0, we want to introduce Email Piping, so we can pipe new tickets and replies into Ticaga from emails. We want to expand the Blesta plugin to work with Ticaga 2.0.0, that will be done before 2.1.0. I personally want to introduce Ticaga to WHMCS and ClientExec to support other billing systems that our customers use. There's so much I want to improve Ticaga with like, notifications (We had this in v1), Live chat, social media connections, knowledge base, and much, much more. This won't all be in 2.1.0, I hope everyone understands that, but my aim is to make Ticaga the best help-desk software on the market, and with your help we can. Feel free to provide your feedback and suggestions on our request website: https://feedback.ticaga.com As Laravel improves and expands, we will join them, adding features and changing our code requirements, for example PHP 8.5 will be out soon, then we'll require that as the minimum requirement. I hope you enjoy Ticaga, as much as I do. Kind regards, Michael Dance Ticaga Chief Executive
