Ticaga 2.1.0 Release Announcement
We’re excited to announce the release of Ticaga version 2.1.0, featuring over
20,000 lines of new code and significant improvements across the platform.
What’s New in 2.1.0
Enhanced Customization:
• Department-specific priority settings can now be disabled, ideal for Sales and Abuse departments
• Classic ticket view design available as an alternative to chat bubbles (configurable via .env)
Improved Security:
• Compromised password detection powered by Laravel’s breach database
• Password minimum length increased from 8 to 15 characters (NIST compliant)
• Two-factor authentication restored following our Laravel 12 upgrade
• New Super Admin role with exclusive API access
Customer Management:
• Phone number field added to customer profiles
• Billing ID replaced with direct links to supported billing system profiles
Technical Improvements:
• Complete API overhaul (now version 2)
• Fixed error stack issue when searching tickets with public hash and email
• Notifications system restored
Looking Ahead to 2.2.0
Development is already underway for our next release. Thanks to community feedback from
Cubik on our Discord server, we’re adding priority descriptions to give you more flexibility. We’re also redesigning the Announcements section with new features including article likes and view counts.
