This release reflects our continued commitment to providing a reliable, efficient, and user-focused experience. Key Updates in Version 2.2.0 Bug Fixes - Resolved several permission-related issues following the introduction of the Super Admin role for first-time users and Senior Management. - Enhanced the layout and accessibility of the Author Biography section within Announcements. Enhancements - Introduced Customer Ratings for Tickets. - Updated the Create Department action to a cleaner, more intuitive modal interface. - Improved the UI for Ticket Creation to streamline the workflow. - Added Announcement Likes and View tracking for improved engagement insights. - Added ticket count indicators in the Sidebar. - Implemented phone number validation (country configuration via .ENV). - Added logging for user registration attempts. - Introduced a redesigned License page for easier updating and license visibility. - Added attachment support for Tickets. - System Health New Features - Ticket Viewers for Employees (Requires Reverb) - Email Piping with an updated Mail Settings UI - Browser Session tracking for improved account management - Extensions Framework — enabling teams to add and build custom extensions - Importer enhancements with support for CSV, SupportPal, and WHMCS - A fully redesigned system installer - Real-time employee presence tracking and collision detection to prevent duplicate responses and improve team coordination.
