Released yesterday afternoon, Ticaga 2.7.0 fixes seven security issues reported through our bug bounty programme by Vaibhav Anand.
We’re grateful to Vaibhav for helping us improve Ticaga’s security, and we look forward to working together again.
We recommend that all customers update their installations promptly. We plan to publish the detailed reports on or after 28 December 2026, giving customers at least 90 days from release to update before public disclosure.
Alongside these security fixes and other bug fixes, this release brings several new features and improvements:
More customers can benefit from integrated live chat, with Live Chat Pro available for those who need additional capabilities.
View what guests and customers are seeing on the website where your chat widget is embedded, making it easier to understand problems and troubleshoot your website or SaaS application.
Display uptime for selected services directly on your website. It complements our existing ticket widgets, which let visitors submit support requests through an embedded form.
Installations on shared hosting that cannot run Laravel Reverb can now use Pusher for real-time updates.
Sync booked and approved appointments with compatible calendars, reducing the need for manual updates.
Thank you to everyone who has reported issues and helped us improve Ticaga.
