Welcome to the community

This is something we've wanted to build for a while: a single place to talk through features and ideas, help each other with the everyday questions, and keep it all connected.

Got a quick question? If we're closed, you don't have to open a ticket — just post it here. You'll often get an answer outside office hours, whether from our team or from other customers who've been there before. And if it's still unanswered by the time we're back, we'll pick it up and reply.

Found a bug? Head to the Bug Bashers forum and share as much detail as you can. Our development team reads every report, and where it makes sense we'll turn it into a task on the Roadmap — so you and everyone else can follow its progress alongside us. (With the paid Roadmap extension, you can run this same flow for your own company and customers, too.)
