The Brands extension adds full multi-brand portal support to Ticaga.

You can run multiple separate help desk portals from a single installation — each with its own domain, logo, colour scheme, email sender, departments, and agent team.

Customers are linked to a brand automatically (by the portal domain they visit) or manually by an employee.
