Ticaga Importer

We need a way to migrate one Ticaga installation into another, the new Brands extension lets a single installation host multiple branded help desks.

This feature needs to joins the two by pulling everything from a source Ticaga over a secure API and land it in a target installation, optionally into a chosen brand.
