New Extensions & Features
- Contracts Extension — Create, manage, and send contracts directly from Ticaga with full contract lifecycle management.
- Multiple Brands Extension (paid) — Run multiple branded support desks from one Ticaga installation, each with its own domain, branding, email identity, and customer-facing portal.
- Service Status Extension — Create public status pages to keep customers informed about incidents, outages, and scheduled maintenance.
- Keyboard Shortcuts — Move around Ticaga faster with system-wide shortcuts designed to improve employee productivity.
Blesta Plugin Improvements
- Automatic Sync — Automatically synchronise customer and billing data between Ticaga and Blesta.
- Auto Login / Single Sign-On — Allow customers to move seamlessly between Ticaga and Blesta using shared authentication.
Enhancements
- Refreshed the Onboarding Banner for a cleaner and more modern first-time setup experience.
- Improved the RoadMap Extension with better workflow management and task handling.
- Upgraded the Ticaga Importer for more reliable and performant migrations.
- Added Playground improvements for better employee engagement and internal competitions.
- Added the option to disable customer feedback collection when feedback is not required.
- Delivered performance improvements and optimisation updates across the platform.
- Added further UI improvements and workflow refinements throughout the admin panel.
Looking Ahead to 2.6.0
Work on Ticaga 2.6.0 is already underway. This next release will introduce a new upgrade system designed to make updates safer and more reliable, with built-in backups, automated downloads and updates, and rollback support if an issue occurs.
Additional improvements are also planned for 2.6.0.
