We are pleased to announce the launch of
Ticaga version 2.3.0, this release brings new extensions and a few improvements. This release reflects our continued commitment to providing a reliable, efficient, and user-focused experience.

- New Announcement settings for Categories design.
- New Importer maps: osTicket, FreshDesk, HelpScout & ZenDesk.
- Moved the Timezone and Language out of the Customisation Extension to the General Settings page (To customise these more you'll need the Extension).
- You can now set the Ticket Responses Style (Classic and Modern) straight from the General Settings page.
- Disable email straight from the General Settings instead of editing the .env "ticaga_mail" = false variable.
- Improvements to the Dark mode colour schemes.
