RoadMap - Progress accessor wasn't totalling up correctly.

The progress accessor was dividing by all RoadMap tasks, including subtasks. Then if the sub-tasks and the parent tasks were completed it wasn't showing 100%. For example it adds the tasks up in total 16 tasks, then saying 9 tasks were completed and showing 56% not 100%.
