SMTP / IMAP Password limit

Previously, IMAP/SMTP passwords were stored in VARCHAR(255) columns. Because passwords are encrypted before storage, the practical maximum raw password length was approximately 30-31 characters. Passwords around 40 characters could exceed the encrypted storage size and fail/truncate, so the columns were widened to support longer encrypted values.
