Google Analytics and Mixpanel are useful, but they are not always the best fit for a helpdesk. They can be complicated to set up, are not 100% accurate, and often need extra privacy/GDPR work.

Because Ticaga already has Live Chat, visitor tracking, and GDPR tools, it makes sense to have our own built-in Analytics extension. It can give admins the important numbers they actually need, like page views, ticket journeys, customer activity, locations, and external website visits, without relying completely on third-party platforms.

The goal is not to replace Google Analytics for every use case. It is to fill the gap with simple, privacy-first analytics that works directly inside Ticaga.
