Email Piping
Add support for creating tickets directly from inbound email using hosting control panel email piping. Departments can show a generated pipe command tailored to the detected hosting environment, allowing incoming messages to be routed into Ticaga instantly without requiring IMAP polling.
Includes support for cPanel, DirectAdmin pipe forwarders and InterWorx guidance via documentation. Incoming piped emails are parsed, matched to department addresses, and converted into new tickets or ticket replies.
