Version 2.7.1 is a maintenance and security update focused on reliable email delivery, clearer Live Chat visitor information, and improved permission handling across Ticaga and its extensions.
We strongly recommend updating to 2.7.1 as soon as possible.
Bug Fixes

BUG-150 — Ticket email delivery
Fixed ticket notification emails failing to send when no brand is assigned, including installations without Multi-Brand enabled. Also fixed the same issue affecting internal-conversation notifications. -
BUG-153 — SLA management permissions
Corrected permission handling for pausing, resuming and exempting tickets from SLA tracking. -
BUG-155 — Time Tracking settings
Corrected access to global Time Tracking settings so they are restricted to administrators and superadministrators. -
BUG-156 — Time entry permissions
Corrected the distinction between managing your own time entries and managing all entries. -
BUG-157 — Guest ticket tag handling
Fixed the ticket tag manager crashing when accessed by a guest. -
BUG-159 — Live Chat visitor identity
Improved how visitor identity is displayed, helping agents distinguish unverified chat visitors from authenticated customers. -
BUG-160 — Customer API phone numbers
Fixed customers created through the API losing their phone number.
Security Updates
This release also addresses security issues across core features, bundled extensions and a third-party dependency.
To give customers time to update, security issue titles and full technical details will be announced on 5 January 2027, 90 days from today.
