Version 2.7.0 has been released

Version 2.7.0 is a major update focused on Live Chat, flexible hosting, calendar and AI integrations, new billing and ISP tools, and a comprehensive security hardening pass across the whole platform.
Special thanks to Vaibhav Anand for responsibly reporting the security issues addressed in this release.
To give every customer time to update, full details of these security issues will be published 90 days after this release. We strongly recommend updating to 2.7.0 as soon as possible.
Enhancements
- Live Chat is now free, with advanced features available as Live Chat Pro.
- Merged Live Chat into Tickets, so every chat session is a ticket from the very first message.
- Added Pusher, Ably and Soketi broadcasting support, so real-time features such as Live Chat work on shared hosting without a WebSocket server.
- Added a new Broadcasting settings page so real-time connections can be configured from the admin panel.
- Upgraded the Appointments Extension with CalDAV, Google Calendar and Microsoft calendar sync.
- Upgraded the AI Support Extension with support for self-hosted and local LLMs, plus in-database vector search.
- Added an update notification banner so administrators know when a new version is available.
- Added self-service account recovery for users who lose their passkey or two-factor device.
- Guests can now attach files when replying from the public ticket page.
- Attachments are no longer held in quarantine on servers without ClamAV installed.
- Continued UI and workflow refinements throughout the admin panel.

- Addressed reports submitted through our own Bug Bounty programme.
- Audited all 33 bundled extensions and fixed the issues found.

- Fixed ticket viewing on installations without Live Chat installed.
- Fixed the Customisation primary colour not applying everywhere.
- Fixed CSV exports, update backups and the update fetcher.
