Opening hours - Departments

I really wanted this in version 1, however it was too complicated, this would be nicer than using the description. If the department is closed: - Message will inform customers or guests. - Doesn’t affect the estimated waiting times.

This should be possible with the SLA Tracking Extension business hours. So hopefully we can add this as an optional feature.
