Discord Bot

It would be nice to be able to get ticket updates on Discord, like New Ticket created, new client registration, assigned tickets and new responses, this means you could have a channel for just ticket updates. It would be best to have this self-hosted so people can use their own infrastructure to host the bot. This also means we need to make the documentation easy to understand.
