BUG-36 Completed

SLA Tracking Extension - BST not supported

Michael Dance 2 months ago 0 comments

On 29 March 2026 UK clocks went forward from GMT (UTC+0) to BST (UTC+1).

The SLA Tracking calendars have their timezone stored as UTC in the database (hardcoded in the original migration).

Because Carbon's setTimezone('UTC') has no DST offset, business hours like "09:00" are always treated as 09:00 UTC — which is 10:00 BST in summer.

Users see the calendar appear to be one hour behind.
